The Turnkey STEM hardware

From an empty room to a living food utility — in a single install.

Three integrated modules — the TS40 vertical towers, the GS8 germination + microgreens system, and the custom-built IAS600 aquaponics loop — combined into one commercial-grade smart facility. Proprietary tech from the STEM Turnkey Ag Tech Manufacturing arm.

Full-capacity yield

What a fully operational system produces.

The engineering footprint maximizes vertical space and biological efficiency, transforming a standard classroom into a high-density agricultural powerhouse — and a daily-use teaching lab.

Fresh vegetables
10,000 – 15,000
servings per month of nutrient-dense greens
Premium protein
~2,000 lbs
of fish per year from the aquaponic loop
Module A

Vertical production + germination.

The growing engine. Tower arrays handle leafy-greens production at scale; the germination rack handles seedlings + a continuous microgreens stream so the cafeteria never runs dry between harvest cycles.

Turnkey high school agricultural STEM vertical farming tower matrix for school principals.
TS40

72-Tower Vertical Production Module

A 72-unit vertical cultivation array with dedicated reservoir tanks, high-efficiency plumbing, water-delivery pumps, and integrated power electronics. Engineered for high-yield leafy-greens production in a compact footprint.

  • 72 high-yield vertical towers
  • Dedicated nutrient-reservoir tanks per array
  • Integrated power electronics + water-delivery pumps
  • High-efficiency plumbing — minimal water waste
GS8

Germination + Microgreens Module

Specialized multi-tier system engineered for seedling incubation. Double-functions as a commercial-scale production rack for high-value microgreens — so it earns its footprint daily, not just at planting time.

  • Multi-tier seedling rack
  • Doubles as commercial microgreens producer
  • Continuous-flow design — staggered harvests
  • Integrated with TS40 nutrient loop
Module B · Custom built

IAS600 Intelligent Aquaponics System.

Custom-tailored to your room. The IAS600 is the teaching showpiece — clear plexiglass fish observatories give students unobstructed views of aquatic biology in motion, while the automated logic controller maintains water chemistry without human intervention.

Plexiglass Fish Observatories

Two custom 36″W × 48″L × 36″D plexiglass tanks. Designed for high-visibility student learning — every student in the room can see the loop running in real time.

Three-Phase Filtration Loop

Mechanical solids separator → biological nitrification → mineralization tank → buffer tank → master recirculator. A complete commercial-grade water-treatment train.

Automated Logic Controller

Central processing unit with real-time pH, Dissolved Oxygen, Temperature, and nutrient-level sensors. Auto-correction pumps stabilize water chemistry dynamically — no manual dosing required.

Feed + Light Automation

Programmable, automated fish-feeding schedules and full LED light-cycle management. Students adjust schedules from the dashboard; the system handles execution.

Why custom-built?

Every campus room is different. The IAS600 is dimensioned to your physical space during the site-survey phase — tank placement, plumbing runs, plexiglass-panel visibility angles, and student-access pathways are all measured + manufactured before install day.

What “turnkey” actually means

Every piece of moving from empty room → operational lab.

The fixed project price covers the full deployment. No surprise change orders for plumbing engineering, no curriculum-licensing upsell, no “you need to hire a trainer separately”.

All hardware + system components

72 TS40 towers, GS8 germination module, custom IAS600 aquaponics loop, sensors, controllers, pumps, plumbing, electronics.

Proprietary digital automation

The IAS600 central controller, water-chemistry auto-correction logic, light + feed schedulers, sensor calibration.

Full on-site installation

Plumbing engineering, system assembly, calibration, biological cycling, water-balance tuning. Done by our deployment team.

K-12 STEM curriculum license

Full multi-disciplinary curriculum (biology, chemistry, robotics, sustainability) licensed to your institution — no per-classroom fees.

Initial staff training + onboarding

On-site training session with your educators. No prior horticulture or robotics background needed.

Support & Training SLA

Ongoing operational support, system check-ins, curriculum updates, continuous teacher training. Covered under the separate SLA contract.

Intellectual property + system integrity

Proprietary tech. Warranty-protected.

The engineering designs, software-logic configurations, sensor integration arrays, and equipment blueprints comprising the TS40, GS8, and IAS600 setups are the exclusive intellectual property of the STEM Turnkey Ag Tech Manufacturing arm. Our sister company Organic Aqua Fresh, Inc. operates this technology at commercial scale, providing real-world production data that continuously refines the systems. The hardware cannot be copied, reverse-engineered, duplicated, or altered without explicit written authorization — this protects warranty coverage and ensures the safety + accuracy of your campus deployment.
